CASE STUDY: Pipeline Theft Prevention

A national oil company was looking for a way to prevent the theft of oil along their pipelines throughout the country.  IoT Orbital developed a cost-effective acoustic sensor to detect anomalies in the flow of oil.  Multiple sensors linked to our SMARTS units are installed along the pipelines that transmit data back through a wireless mesh network to the command center.  The QUATR0 platform is configured to detect real-time changes in oil flow and alert the appropriate stakeholders.  An integrated dispatch system enables rapid response with complete situational awareness.
