Whether data comes from existing or new sources, QUATRO’s can incorporate data from customized sources such as sensors, cameras, drones, radio communications, and industry standard protocols like SCADA, MQTT, and SNMP. With a RESTful API, the platform also supports integration with cloud-based data services such as Azure, AWS, and others as well internal digital documentation production.
Actionable Data and a Computer Aided Dispatch System
Communication with field personnel—including employees and first responders—is streamlined through an interactive dispatch system using automatic and manual triggers. Alerts and other event-based information is sent to stakeholders throughout the ecosystem. Operators can send and receive information via chat, forms, voice, video, and remote reporting tools. The QUATRO mobile app supports offline operation, ensuring continuity even outside of network coverage.
A feedback log captures user comments and service ratings to continuously improve the system experience. Optional integration with Motorola radio networks is also available for extended field communication.
